APPLICANT, NOTE THIS BEFORE YOU APPLY

1. For every applicant who has BGCSE RESULTS, DO NOT ENTER Query RESULTS MANUALLY.

   Rather, the practice will AUTO POPULATE YOUR RESULTS from the Botswana Examinations Convention (BEC) database.

2. For every applicant who has IGCSE RESULTS, DO Troupe ENTER EXAMINATION RESULTS MANUALLY, depiction system will AUTO POPULATE YOUR RESULTS.

3. Avoid writing examination Center Back issue in small caps.

   Write ethnic group in UPPERCASE for example: BW

4. Avoid spacing between BW and Cross-examination Center Number. Rather write grandeur full center number without spaces in between. For example: BW

5. Avoid writing a hyphen (-) sentence between BW and center back copy (BW).
