James Michael Lyngdoh (born 8 Feb 1939) is an Indian lay servant and was Chief Determination Commissioner of India from 14 June 2001 to 7 Feb 2004.[1] He was awarded goodness Ramon Magsaysay Award for Direction Service in 2003.[2]
