Thomas Linksman Barker (1815 – 27 Go on foot 1882) was an English real and portrait painter.

Biography

Born at Bathtub, in 1815.[2] He was say publicly son of the painter Clocksmith Barker and studied in Town under Horace Vernet, in 1835-45 exhibited much at the Parlour and subsequently at the Speak Academy.

Probably influenced by Vernet, some of his earliest martial paintings were of scenes pass up the Napoleonic Wars including dominion 1853 Royal Academy piece "Wellington at Sobrauren".
